If you have tested your Trooper wether you used paper clip test or an Tech2 OBD scan and get a 71 or P0475 and P1475 reading respectively, you will be needing to check EHS#1 and 2 Vacuum Switch Valve or VSV.

If you check the diagram below, there are actually some VSV's that you will be able to see in the diagram below. The VSV that you need to check will depend on the result of your scan or test. :
